I have just received a call from this so called centre wanting me to type "prefetch..." (that's as far as I got) into the Run box. I had quite an argument with "Lewis" when I expressed doubts as to his veracity and he seemed offended. He gave me a number to call 0280 915701 and said he was in Chatswood, Sydney. After I hung up on him I rang that number out of curiosity and got a recorded message that this number is no longer connected. It is true, as "Lewis", said that my computer has been running slowly, but have I really unknowingly downloaded some dangerous material? This call was fake, as you notice. If you login to a website and download something when the person told you it might be infection but if NOT then you are safe, but just in case try to run full system scan with:http://onecare.live.com/site/en-us/default.htmTo remove all threats.

Hang up on peoplelike this and ignore them.Ken Blake
